Return & exchange policy

At Lilith, every fragrance is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the personal nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy.

Returns
We do not accept returns unless the product delivered is incorrect or different from what was ordered.

Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges in cases where you have received the wrong product. If the item delivered does not match your order, you are eligible for an exchange.

Proof Requirement
To process an exchange request, it is mandatory to provide:

  • A clear unboxing video (starting from a sealed package)

  • Supporting images showing the issue

Requests without proper proof will not be accepted.

Request Timeline
All exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

Product Condition
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging for the exchange to be processed.

Approval & Process
Once your request is verified, our team will initiate the exchange process. The replacement product will be shipped after the original item is received and inspected.

Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference of fragrance

  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality
